A scuffle turned into jail time for a man accused of selling fake cocaine.
Late Tuesday night officers responded to a shooting that allegedly took place in the 1300 block of Motter Avenue in the city of Frederick. After the investigation, they determined no shooting had occurred.
Nearby, a fight was in progress between two men. The officers detected the smell of PCP on one of the men, Preston Sean Green. They found Ziploc baggies, a scale, and fake cocaine on his person.
This led to Green’s arrest.
He remains in police custody at the Frederick County Adult Detention Center at this time.
